Our RAW, LIQUID HONEY is right from the hive to you. Because there has been nothing added, in time, it will naturally crystallize and form large, rough crystals (this is a GOOD sign... it tells you that you have pure, raw honey). Crystallization does not change the taste at all, and your honey is perfectly good. If you want it to return to liquid state you can place the container in a warm/hot water bath! When it crystallizes again, heat it up again, you can do this as many times as you want.
