We take our delicious raw honey, then we add the freshest, best tasting cinnamon and cream it. Creamed honey means that our raw liquid honey gets a starter of our previously creamed honey added to it. Then it gets stirred for 15 min every hour or so until it is a smooth consistency and then we bottle it and finally we keep it at a cooler temperature for a few days to let it continue to set. It may completely harden or it may stay somewhat soft, this depends on the moisture content of the raw honey we start with. What you will get, either way, is our smooth creamy raw honey. You just have to spread it on your biscuits, or fresh bread, or toast and enjoy.
