What is COMB HONEY? It starts when I (the beekeeper) place these specially designed containers into the hive and the bees draw out (make) the wax combs and place nectar right into them. Then they fan the nectar with their wings to dry it out to just the right consistency to make it honey, then they add a wax cap over each of the cells. Normally, the bees do all of this on frames which we beekeepers would take out of the hive, remove the wax cap and then we would spin the frame to get the honey out of the wax combs; but with this product, you get the honey and it is still in the comb and still capped (or mostly so) - just as the bees made it. Plus it is all edible, the wax is chewy and the honey delicious, you can eat the wax or just chew on it, like gum with a natural sweetener.
